What is included in the base price of the home?
The base price includes a standard lot, core structure, and features of your chosen floor plan and series. Upgrades and additional features can be selected for an additional cost.

What warranties do you offer on your homes?
We provide peace of mind with our all included, comprehensive home warranty:
- 1-year workmanship warranty covering material and workmanship defects.
- 2-year systems warranty protecting electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- 10-year insurance-backed structural warranty for structural defects.
