This series’s name derives from a Paradigm shift in the Kansas City housing market where extreme thought has gone into the plans and features as well as the efficiencies in which we can produce the homes to be able to bring an affordable single-family home to market and encourage home ownership.

The Magnolia
Versatile 3-bedroom ranch-style single-floor plan. Inviting entry draws you into the open concept. Additional features include a large walk-in pantry and a spacious primary suite.
The Cedar
Two-story floor plan with spacious main living area and up to 4 bedrooms. Kitchen features lots of counter space and a large walk-in pantry. Versatile upstairs loft area.
The Aspen
Popular plan and great value. Ranch style single floor living. Main living area is perfect for entertaining with a large kitchen island between the kitchen and living room area.

The Ashlar Legend Series simplifies the design process for you by preselecting the most popular materials in the most desirable finishes. Choose from five beautiful, cohesive pallets or upgrade your pallet to the Luxury package.
With the Luxury Package, you will get these upgrades:
- Granite or quartz kitchen countertops
- Granite or quartz bathroom countertops
- LVP flooring in designated areas such as entry, kitchen, and dining
- Tile flooring and shower walls in bathrooms
- Tile backsplash in kitchen
- Upgraded carpet on the stairs (per plan)
- Kohler Neoroc sink in the kitchen (double bowl with 60/40 split)
- Garage door opener with keypad
